Different starting points. Different Amazon challenges. Measurable results.

Some businesses came to Amazon with no previous marketplace experience. Others already had active accounts, established catalogues or Vendor relationships that needed a different approach.

These case studies show the starting situation, the work carried out by Go2Market and the results recorded for each client.

ROBIN INSPIRE

From no marketplace experience to €349,592.86 in sales after two years

Robin Inspire had more than 20 years of experience manufacturing upholstered furniture, but Amazon was a completely new sales channel.

Go2Market configured the seller account, selected products based on competitor research, prepared product content, developed the pricing strategy and launched advertising activity.

The business started on Amazon.de and later expanded to Amazon.fr.

LASDECORIAS

€110,000 in revenue during the first six months of selling on Amazon

LasDecorias produced handmade home décor from stabilised moss and wood. The company started on Amazon without previous experience on the platform, and its products did not fit neatly into an obvious Amazon category.

Go2Market supported account configuration, brand registration, product selection, product content and advertising. The business also joined Amazon Handmade and progressively launched across Germany, France, Italy and the UK.

During the first six months, almost 1,200 products were sold at an average price of €104.86.

NAKA24

95% sales growth after taking over an established Amazon account

NAKA24 was already selling a broad product range on Amazon and wanted to develop its own products while maintaining growth across the existing assortment.

Several brands the company wanted to sell were blocked, the catalogue required extensive technical and optimisation work, and existing product content needed improvement.

Go2Market took over the active account, reviewed its settings, Account Health, listings and campaign profitability, worked on unblocking the affected brands and prepared new product titles and copy based on Amazon.de search terms.

95%
sales growth between December 2021 and October 2022

The work covered an active account operating through both FBA and FBM.

CELLFAST

From restricted listing access to €1.32m in sales across markets

Cellfast was already selling through Vendor Central under its own brand and through distributors.

The existing catalogue contained listings created by resellers, while editing restrictions prevented the company from updating outdated titles and descriptions.

Go2Market first worked with Amazon support on the editing permissions. Once access was restored, product titles and descriptions were rebuilt using customer search data and analytical tools.

55%
sales increase in the first month of cooperation

96%
year-on-year sales growth in Germany

€1,324,755
record sales across all markets by December 2022

The published case study reports that total growth exceeded 100% over three years of cooperation.

GLASMARK

61% growth in end-customer sales without expanding the product range

Glasmark had been selling through Vendor Central since 2022, with Germany as its main market.

The objective was to increase sales of existing products and improve the profitability of the relationship with Amazon without adding new products to the range.

Go2Market reorganised products into series, corrected category assignments, repositioned existing products in new sales contexts and optimised product content and graphics for Amazon SEO. List price and cost price were also analysed from a profitability perspective.

61%
increase in sales to end customers, January–June 2025 year on year

64%
increase in orders placed by Amazon over the same period

The result was achieved through work on the existing catalogue rather than expansion of the assortment.

ARCAFFÈ

More than €30,000 in sales in the first month of a new Vendor operation

Arcaffè, a distributor of coffee and household appliances, was invited by Amazon to the Vendor programme and entrusted the account to Go2Market.

Sales initially relied on listings created by manufacturers and other distributors, which limited the ability to edit the content. Go2Market organised the assortment and submitted optimisation suggestions where possible before introducing a new coffee brand with dedicated written and visual content and marketing campaigns.

€30,000+

50%+

130%
growth reported after the introduction of the new coffee brand between August and November 2022

The case study also records 47% growth by September 2022 compared with January despite price increases at the beginning of the year.

CAT CENTRE

Lower TACoS and higher sales after restructuring Amazon Advertising

Cat Centre was already selling pet accessories on Amazon UK and wanted to develop sales through stronger product visibility.

Before the changes, the campaigns generated an average of £108,123 in monthly sales with TACoS at 19.3%.

Go2Market optimised the existing Sponsored Products campaigns, introduced Sponsored Display and Brand Store activity, adjusted bids and placements and excluded unprofitable search terms.

19.3% → 13%
TACoS

+35%

£289,863
total sales reached within one month

The published case study also reports that sales from advertising campaigns increased more than fourfold during the cooperation.

DIFFERENT AMAZON PROBLEMS REQUIRE DIFFERENT ANSWERS

The result starts with the situation already inside the business

The companies above did not start from the same position.

Robin Inspire and LasDecorias were entering Amazon without previous experience on the platform. NAKA24 already had an active account and a large catalogue. Cellfast and Glasmark were working through Vendor Central with existing product structures. Arcaffè was starting a new Vendor operation, while Cat Centre needed to improve an existing Amazon Advertising setup.

Their results are therefore presented in the context of the specific account, market, product range and period described in each published case study.

They should not be treated as a forecast or guarantee of the result another business will achieve.

Amazon case studies across launches, account management and advertising

Go2Market’s Amazon case studies show how different businesses approached different marketplace challenges, from launching on Amazon for the first time to improving established Seller Central, Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising operations.

The examples include manufacturers and distributors working across new launches, active accounts, Vendor relationships and advertising projects. Each case study starts from a different commercial and operational situation, so the work and recorded results need to be understood in that context.

Amazon launch case studies

Some clients began with no previous Amazon experience and needed to build a new marketplace operation from the ground up.

The work could include account configuration, product selection, pricing, content, advertising and the preparation required to enter one or more Amazon marketplaces.

Robin Inspire and LasDecorias are examples of businesses that used Amazon as a new sales channel and developed their operations across European marketplaces.

Amazon account management case studies

Other clients already had active Amazon accounts but needed stronger coordination across catalogue, content, account settings, advertising and operational issues.

NAKA24 is an example of an established account where Go2Market took over live activity, reviewed the account and worked across technical, catalogue and content limitations while the business continued selling through FBA and FBM.

Vendor Central case studies

Vendor Central projects can involve a different set of commercial and operational challenges, including catalogue ownership, content access, purchase relationships and the way products are managed within Amazon’s retail model.

The Cellfast, Glasmark and Arcaffè case studies show different starting points within Vendor Central, from improving existing product content and profitability to developing a new Vendor operation.

Amazon Advertising case studies

Amazon Advertising projects can focus on improving how budget, targeting and campaign structure support the wider sales objective.

The Cat Centre case study shows how restructuring Sponsored Products, introducing Sponsored Display and Brand Store activity, adjusting bids and placements and excluding unprofitable search terms were part of a broader advertising improvement project.

How to interpret Amazon case study results

The results shown in these Amazon case studies relate to the specific clients, products, markets, periods and starting conditions described in each example.

They should not be treated as forecasts or guarantees for another business.

The value of the case studies is in showing the relationship between the starting situation, the work carried out and the result recorded in that specific context.
