95% sales growth after taking over an established Amazon account
NAKA24 GmbH was already selling a broad range of third-party products on Amazon when Go2Market took over the active account in July 2021.
The company wanted to continue developing its existing sales while adding products under its own brand. Several third-party brands were blocked, the catalogue was large and varied, and the account required extensive technical and optimisation work.
Go2Market audited the account, worked on removing the brand restrictions, optimised product content and supported the selection of own-brand products for Amazon.de.
Between December 2021 and October 2022, sales increased by 95%.

THE STARTING POINT
An active Amazon business with a large and varied catalogue
NAKA24 GmbH is a German company selling products from third-party brands as well as under its own brand.
Before the cooperation began, its Amazon range already included screws and fixings, garden products, electrical cables and accessories, lighting, gas hoses and bathroom and kitchen fittings.
The company was operating through both FBA and FBM, and product listings were already live when Go2Market took over the seller account in July 2021.
This was therefore not a launch from zero.
The challenge was to take over an established operation, identify what needed attention and support further development without losing sight of the sales already being generated by the existing assortment.
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Develop the company’s own range without slowing the existing business
NAKA24 wanted to expand from distribution into its own production and introduce products under its own brand on Amazon.
At the same time, maintaining the growth of the remaining product range was important.
There was another immediate obstacle: the company wanted to sell products from several third-party brands that were blocked on the account. Until those restrictions were resolved, part of the planned assortment could not be introduced.
The size and diversity of the catalogue added another layer of work. According to the published case study, the situation required technical activity and optimisation on a large scale.
Go2Market therefore organised the work around four areas documented in the case:
an account audit;
unblocking the affected brands;
optimisation of written product content;
support in selecting own-brand products for Amazon.de.
FIRST, UNDERSTAND THE ACCOUNT
The takeover began with an audit
The takeover began with an audit
Before making wider changes, Go2Market reviewed the existing account.
The audit covered:
Account settings
to understand the current configuration.
Account Health
to check the condition of the seller account.
Product listing quality
to assess the existing catalogue content.
Advertising campaign profitability
to review the performance of the marketing activity already running.
The findings were then presented to the client.
Two priorities emerged clearly from the published case study: removing the brand restrictions and improving product titles and descriptions so they better reflected both Amazon.de search behaviour and customer expectations.
UNBLOCKING THE BRANDS
The first operational priority was expanding the range NAKA24 could actually sell
At the beginning of the cooperation, one of NAKA24’s most important requirements was the ability to introduce products from brands that had previously been blocked.
Go2Market’s Compliance team took responsibility for this area and communicated with Amazon Support to address the restrictions.
The case study states that the blocks were removed, allowing NAKA24 to expand its assortment with additional brands.
This work came before broader catalogue development because it removed an immediate barrier to introducing products the company already intended to sell.
REBUILDING PRODUCT CONTENT
Existing listings needed to reflect the way customers searched on Amazon.de
The audit also identified product titles and descriptions as an area for improvement.
Go2Market’s copy team prepared new written content using keywords identified through specialist analytical tools and based on terms searched by customers on Amazon.de.
The objective described in the case study was to improve conversion and the position of product pages in Amazon search results.
The published case attributes the optimisation to improvements in areas including product-page visibility, conversion and Best Seller Rank, as well as supporting sales value.
The important change was therefore not simply rewriting the catalogue.
The content was rebuilt around marketplace search data rather than relying only on the wording already used by the distributor.
SUPPORTING THE MOVE INTO OWN-BRAND PRODUCTS
Distribution was only one part of NAKA24’s next stage
Alongside the existing third-party assortment, NAKA24 was developing its own production.
Go2Market supported the company in selecting own-brand products to introduce on Amazon.de.
According to the case study, this work included advising on products considered to have strong potential on Amazon, supporting pricing strategy and providing demand forecasts for specific product groups.
The purpose was to give NAKA24 additional marketplace information when planning which products to develop and how to position them commercially.
This made the account takeover part of a broader transition: maintaining an established distribution business while creating space for the company’s own range.
THE RESULT
Sales increased by 95% over the recorded comparison period
The central verified result published for the NAKA24 cooperation is the development of sales between December 2021 and October 2022.
95% - sales growth between December 2021 and October 2022
The account had been taken over by Go2Market in July 2021.
The result was recorded during a period in which the work described on the page included account auditing, brand unblocking, content optimisation and support for the introduction of the company’s own products.
It should therefore be understood as the outcome recorded across the wider account-development work rather than attributed to one individual intervention.
WHAT CHANGED FOR NAKA24
The account could support both the existing distribution model and the company’s own range
When the cooperation began, NAKA24 already had an active Amazon operation and a substantial third-party assortment.
The work described in the case study addressed several barriers to its next stage of development.
Previously blocked brands could be introduced. Existing product content was optimised around Amazon.de search behaviour. The account was reviewed across settings, Account Health, listing quality and advertising profitability. At the same time, Go2Market supported the company as it began selecting own-brand products for the marketplace.
The recorded sales result was 95% growth between December 2021 and October 2022.
Improve the account you already have before adding more activity
What the NAKA24 Amazon account management case study shows
The NAKA24 case study shows how Go2Market took over an established Amazon account rather than building a new marketplace operation from zero.
When the cooperation began, NAKA24 already had live products, an extensive catalogue, FBA and FBM fulfilment, and existing advertising activity. The account therefore required a different starting point from a new Amazon launch.
Go2Market began with an audit of the existing operation, then worked on brand restrictions, product content and the development of NAKA24’s own-brand range. Between December 2021 and October 2022, sales increased by 95%.
Taking over an active Amazon account
Go2Market took over NAKA24’s active seller account in July 2021.
The first stage was to understand the operation already in place. The audit covered account settings, Account Health, product listing quality and advertising campaign profitability.
The findings were used to identify the areas that required attention before wider development continued.
Removing barriers to catalogue growth
Several third-party brands NAKA24 wanted to sell were blocked on the account.
Go2Market’s Compliance team worked with Amazon Support to address the restrictions. According to the published case study, the blocks were removed, allowing NAKA24 to expand its assortment with additional brands.
This was an immediate operational priority because the restrictions were preventing products the company already intended to sell from being introduced.
Amazon listing optimisation based on search behaviour
The account takeover also included optimisation of existing product titles and descriptions.
Go2Market prepared new written content using keywords identified through analytical tools and terms searched by customers on Amazon.de.
The content work was therefore based on marketplace search behaviour rather than simply rewriting the distributor’s existing product information.
Supporting the development of NAKA24’s own-brand range
Alongside its third-party distribution business, NAKA24 was developing products under its own brand.
Go2Market supported the selection of own-brand products for Amazon.de. The documented work also included support around pricing strategy and demand forecasts for specific product groups.
This meant that the account-management work supported both the existing Amazon operation and the company’s next stage of product development.
NAKA24 Amazon account management results in context
The recorded result was a 95% increase in sales between December 2021 and October 2022.
The work during the wider cooperation included account auditing, brand unblocking, product-content optimisation and support for the introduction of own-brand products.
The result belongs specifically to NAKA24, its catalogue, Amazon operation and the stated comparison period. It should not be treated as a forecast or guarantee for another account.
What the case demonstrates is the route NAKA24 followed: understand the existing operation, remove immediate barriers and then develop the areas that support the next stage of the business.
